Job Summary

Lead a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create an effective, productive, and rewarding team environment. Provide leadership that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect while demonstrating the continuous ability to maintain and improve customer and guest satisfaction. Manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments, performing daily inspections and assessments to coach and counsel staff. Collaborate with resort and company leadership to set expectations and achieve goals, analyzing data to adjust operations for facility, budget, and compliance targets. Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets. Requires 3+ years of hospitality management experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary range $65,000 - $70,000.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hospitality management experience
  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
