Job Summary
The Director of Housekeeping oversees the planning, organization, development, and direction of all operations within the Housekeeping department. Key responsibilities include managing daily duties, conducting quality inspections, assisting with inspections of VIP units, developing expense management controls, creating the annual housekeeping budget, and designing training programs. The ideal candidate is a flexible, effective communicator who enjoys serving others and possesses previous hospitality experience.

- Previous hospitality experience providing exceptional guest experience required
