Job Summary
Director of Hospitality Sales & Marketing for NeueHouse, a Convene Hospitality Group venue, responsible for leading sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to drive multi-million dollar revenue targets. Bridge lifestyle hospitality and enterprise sales, align regional campaigns with Brand Marketing and Revenue Management, and coach a small team of 3-4 sales/marketing professionals. Build relationships with key partners including area hotels, broker agencies, event production companies, and Association Management firms; develop and execute strategies to monetize the NeueHouse offering across its private event venue and community for creators and innovators. The role requires deep understanding of the meetings and events industry, ability to inform product design and service delivery from client feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional leadership to maximize revenue opportunities and member experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading teams in high-volume hospitality or meeting and events sectors.
