Job Summary
Oversee front of house and drive-thru operations by leading teams of 25-30 daily and supervising 50-100 employees. Manage systems and processes to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness standards, and coach A-grade talent. Assess weekly operation results, hold team members accountable to policies, and perform off-shift managerial tasks including leadership development and money management. Partner with the Hospitality Team and Leadership to execute store goals and align with the hospitality vision. Work opening, closing, and weekend shifts while supporting restaurant operations first before directing duties.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in related field preferred
- 2+ Years Experience Managing Teams
- Understanding of Wisconsin Employment & Labor Law
- Resume is required
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
- Able to lift 40 – 60 pounds on a consistent basis
- Able to work opening, closing and weekend shifts
