Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services

Direct the integration of Home Health and Employee Health Services at Cherry County Hospital in Valentine, NE, providing strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for home health programs and employee health initiatives. Lead interdisciplinary teams, develop policies and strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care, oversee admissions, care planning, and discharge processes, manage staff hiring, training, and performance, monitor patient outcomes and documentation for reimbursement, and uphold HIPAA and confidentiality in employee health records while overseeing infection prevention, quality improvement, and risk management. Also responsible for budgets, staffing models, and collaboration with executive leadership, HR, clinical departments, and external partners.
