Job Summary
Director of Home Care responsible for administering agency operations and supervising the provision of services to clients on a day-to-day basis. Oversees HIPAA and privacy compliance, handles staffing, training, and professional development, ensures quality care and accurate documentation, manages budgeting and accounting systems, conducts audits and readiness for state inspections/accreditations, and fosters a client-centered, collaborative work environment. Requires ability to read/write English; willingness to comply with Texas Admin Code training requirements; background check; and a valid driver’s license. Fort Worth, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- Be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D. with at least one year of experience or training in caring for individuals with functional disabilities;
- Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field; or
- Be a licensed physician, RN, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a health related setting;
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least two years of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting.
