Required Qualifications
- Architectural License (NCARB preferred).
- 18+ years of experience in higher education architectural design and leadership.
- Active Professional Architecture Licenses beyond Maryland (Southeast / Mid-Atlantic preferred).
- LEED AP Accreditation.
- SCUP Membership required.
- Proven business development success with a portfolio of awarded projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M-$50M) from design to construction completion.
