Director of High-rise Construction

Job Summary
Execute, close-out, and handover all high-rise and mixed-use construction projects on the owner's behalf, including extensive contract management oversight under CCDC2 and risk management from the owner's perspective. Review all construction third-party contractor deliverables and develop credible relationships with key team members within partner organizations, such as construction management companies, providing oversight from the outset of each project. Collaborate with development, leasing, and asset management teams to improve and maintain communication critical to project success. This role reports to the Group Vice President of Construction within MHB Group's established GTA portfolio, offering an uncapped bonus and pension matching.
