Director of Healthcare Services

Lead all clinical care and services for assisted living residents and home care clients by participating in campus-wide strategic planning and partnering with the Licensed Assisted Living Director and Executive Director. Assure compliance with state, federal, and local laws while providing leadership to clinical staff, reviewing policies annually, and managing risk through incident reporting and investigations under the Minnesota Vulnerable Adult Protection Act. Conduct pre-admission screenings, perform physical and psychosocial assessments, and coordinate person-centered care plans with physicians and care providers. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure appropriate billing, and provide on-call nursing availability to support the facility.
