Job Summary
Conduct thorough health assessments on new residents and monitor the health status of current residents through scheduled assessments and care conferences. Supervise Assisted Living and Memory Care personnel, including hiring, coaching, orientation, scheduling, and training, while performing disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies. React immediately to suspected resident abuse by conducting investigations and notifying appropriate parties. Coordinate resident care conferences, attend daily management and staff meetings, and perform clinical audits to drive continuous quality improvement. Review incident reports, conduct investigations, and plan corrective actions. Ensure all employees work safely in compliance with Safety Committee Standards and manage workplace injuries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Licensed or Registered Nurse

- 2+ years of experience as an LPN or RN
- 1+ years of nursing management experience
