Director of Health, Safety & Facilities

Develop and implement company-wide health and safety programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and safety audits to promote a proactive safety culture focused on employee engagement and hazard recognition. Oversee maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of facilities, buildings, equipment, grounds, and pump stations, managing preventive maintenance programs, contractors, and service providers. Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and site safety inspections to identify trends and implement preventive measures. Support emergency response planning, coordinate drills, and work with local emergency agencies. Manage facilities budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships while supervising facilities personnel. Requires OSHA 30 certification, 6+ years of health and safety experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems. Full-time, exempt position in Nashua, New Hampshire.
