Job Summary
Director-level role leading health education content strategy and portfolio execution for LLP across DACH, SLAM, and France. Responsible for developing and managing the strategy and operational implementation of content acquisition, integration into product, and strategic partnerships to expand Elsevier’s health education offerings. Oversees content teams, standardizes best practices, and drives growth and innovation across platforms. Key responsibilities include leading content strategy, portfolio planning, financial oversight, performance reviews, driving digital growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing content usage, enabling publication and delivery targets, and collaborating with commercial and product stakeholders. Requires high-level expertise to develop and execute content strategy for health education across multiple markets, with focus on team leadership, engagement, and change management. Working flexibly across locations with country-specific benefits; strong emphasis on customer needs, market trends, and content accessibility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading content strategy and publishing programs in health/education
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and budgets
- Stakeholder management across multiple regions (DACH, FR, ES)
- Experience with digital platforms and content authoring/tools (Elsa or similar)
- Strong market research and customer insights capabilities
- Strategic planning and execution of content portfolios
- Executive-level collaboration with commercial partners and product teams
