Job Summary
Directs the Health and Wellness Program for Assisted Living residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, management of the clinical budget, and oversight of nursing and support staff. Coordinates resident care conferences with families and staff, conducts assessments/evaluations for level of care (including potential residents), schedules orientation, and plans/monitors training for staff. Maintains documentation and ensures timely regulatory review of assessments and care plans; drives to locations for assessments when necessary; ensures 24/7 on-call clinical support and a safe working environment. Requires LPN/LVN or RN license, CEU compliance, and a valid driver’s license; EMR/EHR experience and hospitality-focused leadership are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN or RN license required
- Must maintain CEU and other state requirements for the position
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems
