Job Summary
Director of Growth Marketing role owning growth performance across paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, and commercial scaling; managing multi-channel budgets (Google, Meta, and others); leading a small growth/performance team; hands-on in acquisition channels, testing frameworks, and performance analysis; driving profitability-first growth with accountability and structured reporting; collaborating with analytics, product, creative, and operations to build scalable growth systems and improved attribution; based in Barcelona with in-office presence three days a week; strong analytical, commercially minded, execution-focused leadership; experience in e-commerce growth and international expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce scaling roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at meaningful scale
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands across US, UK, or EU markets
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with profitability responsibility
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, contribution margin, and conversion rate
- Experience leading or mentoring growth/performance teams
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High proficiency in Google Sheets and data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of attribution, testing methodologies, and growth experimentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
- Experience with CRO
