Job Summary
Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation oversees the global marketing deployment center, owning the budget (~$1M) and guiding a hybrid team of deployment specialists and contracted partners. The role translates high-level growth strategy into integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner channels, with a North America focus. Responsibilities include ABM program design, partner co-marketing, real-time performance tracking, and leveraging AI tools to scale high-volume content and campaign delivery. The candidate collaborates with elite partners (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks) to drive a measurable pipeline, balances hands-on marketing operations with strategic ecosystem orchestration, and drives innovative channels (TikTok, IG Reels) within a dynamic, global technology-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership, demand generation, or marketing operations experience
- Experience in a service-based business or fast-paced marketing agency environment
- Strong hands-on proficiency with modern marketing technologies and AI tool landscape (Claude or similar LLMs)
- Knowledge of emerging attention trends and unconventional B2B channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, AI Search)
- Proven track record of executing co-marketing strategies or working within major tech partner channels
- Ability to manage a budget (approximately $1M) and coordinate global assets and contractors
- Experience with ABM initiatives tailored to enterprise accounts
- Strong collaboration with strategic partners (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks)
- Strong measurement mindset with real-time enablement and pipeline metrics
