Job Summary
Director of Growth Marketing leads ADRA International's growth marketing initiatives, overseeing digital engagement, adoption, creative, content gathering, and event management to support long-term strategic priorities. The role provides strategic vision and leadership to a marketing team, driving integrated, full-funnel campaigns across channels, optimizing ROI, and coordinating with partners and stakeholders to grow donor engagement and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years progressive marketing experience
- at least 3 years leading teams and managing budgets
- experience leading teams with strategy personnel and fiscal management
- integrated marketing, GTM, full-funnel campaigns, performance marketing
- social media, search engine optimization, digital communications
- influencer marketing, web practices for engaging supporters/customers and raising funds
- data-driven strategic marketing plans and campaigns with quantitative and qualitative insights
- experience developing partnerships and collaborating with diverse teams
- ability to identify opportunities to enrich and expand donor base and engagements
- strong interpersonal, diplomacy, listening and influencing skills
- excellent organizational skills and ability to solve complex problems
