Job Summary
As Director of Group Living, oversee residential services and living units and supervise Unit Managers and direct-care staff. Ensure the Rite of Passage program is implemented in accordance with ROP policies and licensing requirements (federal, state, and local). Manage resources to provide students with the highest level of care and create a safe, supportive environment aligned with trauma-informed, strength-based, gender-responsive care. Reports to the Program Director, supports a mission-driven organization, and supports on-site schooling, therapy services, and housing for youth aged 13-17. Requires empathy, patience, respect, and a BA/BS in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience; ability to pass background checks and health screenings. Bilingual English/Spanish highly encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field
- 4 years of related experience in residential facility management
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass drug screen
- Pass physical
- Pass TB test
