Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive group fitness strategy that aligns with Crunch's business objectives across all franchise locations. Build scalable systems for training excellence, oversee program development including class offerings, schedules, and instructor training, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive member engagement. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of group fitness coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering impactful training programs. Conduct regular assessments of programming to ensure consistency and quality while analyzing key performance metrics to inform program adjustments and budget management. Maintain compliance and standards across all locations, requiring 60-70% travel to gym sites and ACE, AFAA, and NASM certifications. This role supports Fitness Growth Capital's legendary group fitness program, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the member experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in group fitness or related industry
- Valid ACE, AFAA and NASM certification
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful group fitness strategies in a multi-location environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive business decisions
- Ability to travel frequently to support multiple locations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
