Job Summary
Lead Grants and Foundations for a volunteer, part-time role, focusing on designing and executing fundraising strategies, managing the full grants lifecycle (research, proposals, compliance, reporting), mentoring grants professionals, and building relationships with foundation program officers and other funders. Responsibilities include cross-departmental budgeting, data gathering for proposals, audit readiness, and providing financial monitoring and reporting to funders and leadership. Requires proven grant writing and fundraising experience, exceptional writing and project management skills, ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, and collaboration within a diverse, multicultural team. Required Qualifications
