Director of Governance Risk & Compliance

Develop enterprise GRC frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and manage regulatory readiness programs across the organization. Lead third-party risk management initiatives, coordinate internal audits, and deliver executive reporting on risk posture. This role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer or Chief Risk Officer and requires 8–12 years of GRC leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated technology. A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business, Law, or Risk Management is required, with CISSP, CRISC, or CISA certifications preferred. Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus.
