Director of Golf

Direct golf shop operations, supervise all staff including recruiting and performance management, and execute tournaments and special events with full coordination across food and beverage. Provide professional instruction by developing clinics, private lessons, and programs for members and guests while maintaining PGA/LPGA standards. Manage aggressive revenue sales plans, marketing initiatives, and budget development to achieve department objectives. Ensure efficient customer service throughout the pro shop and oversee outside operations such as marshals and range staff. Lead committees, provide annual golf calendars, and resolve member complaints immediately. Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to all club policies while working in varying temperatures.
