Job Summary
Lead and grow five Workplace Technology Leads across Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, and Denver, setting global standards for hardware, AV, conferencing, network, and physical security. Own the function's budget and vendor framework, forecasting with Finance and standardizing contracts to feed site allocations. Partner with Workplace on all buildouts and expansions, owning technology scope from kickoff requirements to a clean first day of business. Manage access, network, and device controls with Information Security, oversee the shared service desk using AI-native ITSM (Serval), and determine staffing levels for each site. This role shapes the standards, playbooks, and team structure for Legora's on-site technology experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations
- multi-site or global responsibility

- Comfortable across time zones

- Global or multi-site workplace technology / corporate IT leadership
- AV and conferencing, office network (Meraki), and physical-security platforms (e.g. Verkada) at scale
- Office buildouts and fit-outs end to end, partnering with Real Estate / Workplace and Security
- ITSM and AI-assisted, agentic service operations
- Budget ownership and vendor / contract management across regions
- Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Okta / Microsoft Entra ID, and 1Password
