Job Summary
Lead global supply chain strategy and execution, overseeing worldwide sourcing, demand planning, inventory control, and U.S. purchasing procurement. Manage demand management and forecasting, optimize inventory, and drive material-control initiatives to enhance flexibility and capacity. Direct vendor selection and performance management while enforcing purchased-material quality controls. Coordinate cross-functionally with product management, pricing, international sales, and engineering, and evaluate sourcing choices based on tariffs, tax structures, freight costs, and currency valuations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of supply chain experience, and proficiency with ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years broad-based Supply Chain experience, including operations; proven people leadership and business acumen
- Proficiency with Office 365 and working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., ES, King, Kingdee, Tally)
- Strong written/oral communication and presentation capability
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
