Job Summary

Hands-on, front-line commercial leader for luxury hospitality, tasked with opening doors and closing high-value corporate and UHNW business from day one while building and leading a high-performance sales organization across multiple markets. Own top-tier named accounts, activate networks from week one, and serve as the credible commercial face to C-suite leaders, family offices, and UHNW clients. Responsible for P&L across properties, translating commercial strategy into actionable plans with weekly metrics. Recruit, structure, and lead hunter-profile sales teams across Europe, North America, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia; implement performance-based compensation; and maintain rigorous pipeline reviews and KPI dashboards. Lead multiple commercial verticals (Trade & Leisure, Corporate/Executive Health, Commercial Partnerships, Healthcare Ambassadors & Institutions, Member-Get-Member/UHNW Ambassadors, Sports & High-Performance) with tailored go-to-market plans and leadership. Requires direct sales expertise in health/wellness/medical sectors, an activatable network, a proven closing track record, revenue-management capabilities, and a willingness to travel internationally. Candidates should be comfortable leading diverse teams, driving cross-selling across verticals, and delivering measurable booked revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience in health, wellness, longevity, or medical/healthcare
  • Strong network across UHNW individuals, corporate C-suite, family offices, luxury travel trade, and/or healthcare referrers
  • Proven personal closing record achieving senior revenue targets
  • Solid revenue-management and pricing experience including yield and channel mix
  • Operator/doer mentality with high energy and field presence
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and internationally
  • Experience leading and managing a contact center / inside-sales team with coaching and KPI tracking
