Director of Global Logistics

The Head of Global Logistics will develop and execute a global fulfillment strategy and oversee end-to-end planning, material control, operations, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and trade compliance across international and domestic markets. Responsibilities include leading network design and optimization, reducing costs, improving service levels, managing 3PLs and freight forwarders, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving continuous improvement and cost savings. The role requires managing a global fulfillment budget, leveraging data analytics to improve visibility and forecasting, leading a high-performing, cross-functional team, and partnering with internal stakeholders to align fulfillment capabilities with demand. The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 10–15+ years in logistics with 5+ years in leadership, experience with global multi-region operations, strong negotiation and vendor-management skills, and proficiency with TMS/WMS/ERP systems, plus Lean/Six Sigma experience and the ability to operate effectively across time zones.
