Job Summary
Lead the global Office Services function, providing direction to the Facilities Manager, Administrative Assistants, and other office operations personnel. Oversee all Office Services operations globally, including facilities, administrative support, records management, office standards, and vendor relationships. Manage and mentor the Facilities Manager and a global network of Administrative Assistants, ensuring consistent performance and cross-office alignment. Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to maintain seamless employee onboarding, workspace readiness, and office integration processes. Collaborate with the Office Development Team on expansions, moves, and buildouts to optimize space utilization. Contribute to lease strategy and procurement efforts through operational insights and site assessments. Champion the use of data and technology to enhance space planning and operational visibility. Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including contracts for housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and workplace technology. Develop and manage budgets for facilities and administrative services. Partner with senior leadership on business continuity planning and sustainability initiatives. 10-20% travel required. Onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, office services, or corporate operations
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site or global teams
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, including facilities, administrative, and operational professionals across regions
- Strong understanding of lease management, office relocations, and real estate planning
- Demonstrated success in workplace transformation, change management, and cross functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance
- Experience developing and managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- ability to balance strategic leadership with operational excellence
- 10-20% Travel Required
- Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance
