Responsibilities include managing budgets exceeding $500,000, cultivating major gifts, and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in nonprofit development, and proficiency in CRM systems to drive fundraising success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
- Demonstrated success directly managing budgets of $500,000+
- Demonstrated success in managing donor pipelines and cultivating major gifts
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term fundraising plans
