Job Summary
Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations across multiple distribution centers, ensuring accurate, safe, and on-time order processing for both DTC and B2B channels. Develop standardized operating procedures, optimize warehouse capacity and material flow, and drive continuous improvement in picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to manage fulfillment budgets, reduce cost per order, and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives. Establish performance standards, lead high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Based in Nashville, TN or Bowling Green, KY with travel between locations; requires 10+ years of multi-site fulfillment leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain leadership
- 5+ years leading multi-site distribution operations
- Experience managing exempt and non-exempt teams
- Success improving service, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and costs
- Experience with WMS, ERP, labor management systems, and automation
- Experience supporting DTC and B2B fulfillment
- Strong financial acumen and budget management
- Advanced Excel and BI reporting skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- This position can be based in the Nashville, TN office or the Bowling Green, KY office, but will require travel between the two locations

- Automotive aftermarket or consumer products experience
- Multi-site high-SKU fulfillment leadership
- Omnichannel fulfillment experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- APICS CSCP or CLTD certification
- WMS or warehouse automation implementation experience
- Acquisition integration experience
- Knowledge of parcel, LTL, and truckload operations
