Job Summary
Direct and administer all Front Desk operations, including guest registration, room inventory, and profitability reporting. Supervise the front desk team through performance evaluations, scheduling, and professional development while enforcing policies and procedures. Monitor service trends, resolve guest issues, and implement marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. Analyze daily reports to drive data-based decisions and ensure associates maintain current knowledge of hotel products and local events. Respond to emergencies via the Fire Panel and coordinate with emergency personnel. Recruit, interview, and train associates while completing assigned projects. Requires Marriott and LightSpeed experience with a background in hospitality management for a 200+ room hotel.
