Job Summary
Director-level FP&A leadership responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reforecasting with monthly MD&A, development of KPIs and real-time performance insights; lead monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting to internal and external stakeholders; drive strategic financial leadership, quantitative rigor in investment discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with accounting and treasury; oversee FP&A team, talent development, and ongoing systems implementations as part of an organizational transformation; requires extensive FP&A experience (15+ years), US GAAP proficiency, manufacturing and semiconductor industry knowledge, and strong partnership with executives and PE stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 15+ years FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Ability to provide financial and strategic guidance
- Experience in a PE environment
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Supervisory experience over direct and indirect reports
- Partner with key executives
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on knowledge with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
