Job Summary
Director of FP&A, GTM Business Partner responsible for integrated GTM & Retention Modeling and financial architecture for the end-to-end customer journey. Lead a three-person FP&A team to own the financial strategy for both the Go-To-Market and Services organizations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Drive CAC payback, Net Retention Rate (NRR), and Gross Margin alignment with long-term profitability targets. Develop growth strategies, budgeting/forecasting, and board-ready performance narratives; translate complex data into concise executive-ready insights. Requires 10-15 years in FP&A or related fields, 5+ years of leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA strongly preferred). The role emphasizes SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR), service-delivery profitability, and strategic planning within a global technology context at o9 Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations
- 5+ years leading and developing a high-performing team
- SaaS subject matter expertise
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools or SQL is a plus
