Job Summary
Director of FP&A leading budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning; partner with CFO/CEO, manage a dedicated FP&A staff, and drive integration efforts for upcoming M&A activities. Collaborate with plant operations to analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, material usage, and productivity; standardize KPIs across newly acquired entities. Lead implementation/optimization of the Adaptive FP&A tool and related reporting platforms, and drive automation and AI-enabled enhancements to the financial planning toolset. Deliver monthly and quarterly financial outlooks, dashboards, and executive reporting packages to senior leadership and the board; require strong experience in corporate financial planning, complex financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across multi-site leadership teams.
