Job Summary
Director of FP&A role joining a leadership team to drive budgeting, forecasting, operational execution, and strategic analysis for a real estate client backed by Blackstone. Reports to the CFO. High-visibility position with a competitive compensation package and remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning activities, building and mentoring a finance team, partnering with executives to support growth plans, and delivering analyses to enable strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive FP&A experience in dynamic environments
- Experience in developing and managing a team focused on FP&A capabilities
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills with experience leading a growing team
- BS in accounting or finance (advanced degree with focus on these competencies or real estate highly desirable)
- Significant experience with financial and technology systems preferred
