Job Summary
Director of FP&A for an AI SaaS company responsible for leading planning cadence (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, board reporting), building scalable financial models tied to growth scenarios and hiring plans, and delivering real-time visibility into growth drivers, pipeline health, retention trends, and operational performance. You will develop standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks, prepare board materials and executive reporting, and partner with GTM leadership on territory planning, pipeline analytics, and sales productivity. The role requires ownership of FP&A tooling implementation, alignment of definitions and operating rhythms across teams, and acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership to drive data-driven decisions in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- Investment banking background with advanced financial modeling skills
- B2B enterprise SaaS experience
- Experience in a growth stage company (from $50M to $200M revenue range preferred)
- Prior ownership of board reporting cycles and executive-level forecasting
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to communicate business insights, not just numbers
- Hands-on, self-sufficient operator in lean, fast-moving environments
