Job Summary
Directs and oversees foundation giving and government grants for The Salvation Army's Area Command; plans, develops, implements, and evaluates foundation giving strategies, administers grant programs, mentors Grants staff, strengthens relationships with foundation funders and government entities, ensures donor engagement and accountability, and collaborates with programs teams to align fundraising with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Seven years of successful foundation and fundraising experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- CFRE certification preferred
