Job Summary
Manage the food service operation under the direction of the System Director of Food & Nutrition & Environmental Services, ensuring compliance with department regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative and accrediting agency guidelines. Assist in developing standards, policies, and procedures for food service within the new Pensacola Rehab facility opening Winter 2026. This role supports the broader mission of PAM Health to provide compassionate, expert post-acute care across 80 locations in 17 states, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to patient satisfaction and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in general dietetics that meets the approval of the American Dietetic Association (ADA)
- 3-5 years of experience coordinating food/environmental services in hospital, hospitality, or academic setting
Desired Qualifications
- experience that may include completion of an accredited food production management course may be substituted for a degree
