Job Summary
Director of Food & Beverage responsible for overall F&B operations at Timber Creek, Fort Myers, including catering, room service, restaurants, banquets, and kitchens. Leads budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost controls, and menu development with the Chef and F&B managers. Oversees inventory management, purchasing, vendor relationships, contracts, and pricing to support profitability. Manages hiring, training, performance evaluation, and staff development; ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws; provides leadership to multiple F&B sub-departments and drives high-quality customer service and organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- two or more years related to experience and/or training
- ability to manage and develop teams in a hospitality/food service environment
- leadership and supervisory experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation training and alcohol awareness
- strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability skills
