Job Summary

Lead the pre-opening, multi-outlet F&B operation for The Hoxton Bengaluru City, driving revenue through strategic commercial initiatives, overseeing budgetary and P&L responsibilities, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage experiences. Collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and standards, manage cost controls and forecasting, and inspire a large, diverse team across restaurants, bars, and events spaces to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. Demonstrate strong leadership in a fast-paced, creative environment while shaping a memorable brand experience for a new urban hotel launch in Bengaluru.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar food and beverage management/director role.
  • Track record of leading large teams in restaurants, kitchens and bars
  • Multi-department budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business.
  • Ability to manage the budget on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; report results with a granular understanding of ongoing trends
  • Strong focus on food quality, menu development, and collaboration with Head Chef
  • Leadership presence and capability to lead from the front with guest and team focus
