Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across Stein Eriksen Lodge outlets, ensuring consistent execution of service standards and guest experiences. Develop operational procedures, conduct regular audits, and manage revenue, labor costs, and operating expenses while monitoring key performance indicators. Recruit, train, and mentor outlet leaders to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Champion Forbes 4- and 5-star standards by analyzing guest feedback and collaborating with culinary leadership to drive loyalty. Requires 7–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury resorts; offers include competitive bonuses, paid training, ski benefits, and matching 401K.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments
- Multi-outlet management experience with responsibility for restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering operations
- Strong financial acumen, including maintaining budgets, labor management, and P&L accountability
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and food and beverage operations
- Multi-property or hotel management company experience
- Experience with independent luxury restaurant concepts in resort or mountain locations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
