Job Summary
Director of Food & Beverage for a luxury Starwood Hotels property. Lead F&B operations to deliver guest experiences, motivate a high-performing team, elevate standards, and drive financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing F&B operations, developing leaders, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring effective communication. Requires established leadership in a high-volume upscale environment, experience in Forbes luxury settings, and the ability to open or scale F&B operations within a hotel or restaurant context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Food & Beverage work experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of high-volume 40M+ Forbes luxury experience as a Director of Food & Beverage.
- Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Expert in Food & Beverage operations with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
