Job Summary
Strategic leader of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation across Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, driving brand service initiatives, departmental strategy, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. Responsible for developing and implementing budgets, CAPEX recommendations, and operating plans; leading the F&B leadership team to achieve revenue and profit goals while maintaining service quality; coaching and developing staff, fostering collaboration, and aligning actions with brand objectives to deliver superior guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
