Job Summary
Director of Food, Beverage, & Hospitality responsible for leading operational excellence across departments from front office to kitchen, owning the P&L, and shaping strategic plans for corporate and project sales. Lead and mentor a diverse team, design incentive programs, and foster a culture of excellence to make the organization the best place to work in Georgia. This role requires strong financial acumen, hospitality expertise, and the ability to balance Southern hospitality with rigorous cost controls to drive profitability. Some Saturdays and weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business (or equivalent industry street-smarts)
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality and food service world
- Proven track record of managing P&L and cost controls
- Sales experience landing corporate accounts and managing high-stakes projects
- MBA or similar advanced degree or professional hospitality certifications (preferred)
