Job Summary
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Food & Beverage operations, including six acclaimed restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, in-room dining, culinary operations, and stewarding. Lead financial aspects of the division through budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, labor management, purchasing, and inventory controls while ensuring Forbes Five-Star service standards are consistently executed. Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team, partner with Culinary leadership to evolve concepts and menus, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Rooms, Spa, Membership, and Finance to maximize business performance. Manage a 25-hour work week with competitive rates and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including executive oversight of multiple restaurant concepts and banquet operations
- At least five years of leadership experience within a Forbes Five-Star, Michelin-recognized, or comparable luxury hotel or hospitality organization
- Proven success leading complex, high-volume, multi-outlet operations with significant revenue responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional leadership talent
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, revenue optimization, and cost management
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and guest-focused
- Domestic and international travel experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
