Job Summary
Develop a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand's business goals and lead its execution across all-day dining, specialty restaurants, bars, and banquet operations. Manage all F&B business functions to ensure highest quality delivery, while controlling sales, costs, and display standards. Prepare and monitor the monthly and annual departmental budget, consolidate business relationships, and deliver income and expenses in line with facility budget discipline. Ensure new hires complete orientation and training programs, mentor staff to reduce turnover, and conduct brainstorming sessions to increase productivity. Review daily reports including guest relations and technical service logs, implement food safety and quality management systems, and contribute to income plans and marketing programs. Maintain environmental sustainability by minimizing waste and energy consumption, and take part in the Food Safety Team and MR meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience within Food & Beverage operations
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Director in an international 4-star or 5-star all-inclusive resort or large-scale hospitality environment
- Full professional proficiency in English and Russian
- Strong financial acumen

- High-volume buffet and à la carte operations
- HACCP compliance and food safety standards
- Cross-cultural team leadership and development
