Job Summary
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and special events. Partner with the Restaurant Group and ownership to define and execute the property's overall food and beverage vision and positioning. Lead recruitment, training, and development of culinary and service teams while overseeing menu development, beverage programming, and pricing strategy. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, sanitation, and safety while managing budgets, forecasting, inventory, and labor costs. Drive innovation through seasonal programming, local sourcing, and elevated VIP experiences during this intensive pre-opening phase for a new luxury hotel in Century City.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience, including senior-level roles in luxury or upscale hotel environments
- Proven success overseeing multiple outlets and leading both culinary and front-of-house teams
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines and the ability to translate them into a refined, New American-forward dining experience
- Demonstrated business acumen with a strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and labor management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on pre-opening environment with flexible scheduling requirements
