Job Summary
Curate unforgettable dining moments and shape venues across the signature restaurant, rooftop bar, and all outlets by overseeing food and beverage operations. Drive revenue through occupancy optimization, upselling, and promotions while monitoring operational expenses, labour costs, and financial transactions to meet budget targets. Respond promptly to guest feedback and complaints, analyse satisfaction data to implement improvement plans, and ensure safety compliance and crisis readiness. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to build a high-performing team, manage performance using EVT tools, and maintain active development pathways. Maximize occupancy and rates while driving consistent service quality across the hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior F&B Manager or GM in luxury hotels, large hospitality groups or fine-dining restaurants
- Strategic in creating new ideas to drive revenue, SPH and guest engagement to dine in-house
- Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders, and external partners
- Experience running large hospitality teams, driven to lead from the front and the ability to train and develop the team
- Great communication, team leadership and fostering a learning environment
- Strong financial acumen including solid understanding around labour cost, P&L analysis and forecasting
- A passion for hospitality, people focused and innovative thinking
