Job Summary
Director of Food & Beverage for Invited’s club operations leading all F&B across the club, partnering with General Manager and Executive Chef to drive service excellence, member experiences, and financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house service teams, vendor relationships, member event programming, pricing strategies and club events, ensuring safety/compliance, labor cost budgeting and forecasting, staffing, training programs, ensuring adherence to Time Management policies, procurement and payroll, coordinating with departments (Membership, Superintendent, Head Golf Professional, Event Sales, Marketing) for alignment, leading department meetings and service trainings, and developing staff for career progression while delivering exceptional member satisfaction and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years in Club management or related role within the Food & Beverage industry
