Job Summary
Direct the strategic business operations of the property's food and beverage department, overseeing Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet brand service targets, maximize financial performance, and grow revenues. Ensure the operation meets customer needs while driving employee satisfaction and providing a return on investment. Manage five F&B outlets and extensive event venues at the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Jekyll Ocean Club Resort. Requires six years of F&B experience or a relevant degree, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a free annual parking pass are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years' experience in the food and beverage
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration
