Job Summary
Strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end food and beverage/culinary operations (Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, Banquets/Catering) across the property. Develops and implements departmental strategies and brand initiatives to meet target customer needs, maximize guest satisfaction, and drive revenue and financial performance. Oversees budgeting, CAPEX decisions, cost controls, and staff leadership to deliver superior service and profitability while aligning with brand goals and property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area
