Job Summary
Lead food and beverage operations by staffing, programming, and maintaining high-quality service environments while managing vendor relationships and member committees. Develop aggressive sales and net revenue plans, oversee procurement and payroll, and conduct daily line-ups to review menus and events. Recruit, hire, and train staff through performance reviews and cross-training, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and labor policies. Coordinate with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and other department heads to align operations with strategic goals and drive profitability. Oversee private events, including BEO meetings and product staffing needs, while implementing service recovery programs to handle member concerns.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years in Club management or related role within the Food & Beverage industry

- Bachelor's degree
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Alcohol Safety certification
- STAR Service Certification
- ABC Certification
- CPR Certification
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar operations, with the ability to make financial decisions
- Strong experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data
- Knowledgeable in Service Training and Alcohol Management
- Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet software
- Strong communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Completion of all food & beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety
